InfiniTea and beyond

I've tried a lot of milk tea's around Metro and it started with Happy Lemon actually. I like their Cocoa Rock Salt and Cheese when i think it is just overrated, it's actually tasted like just Milo. What makes me likes it, is because of the ROCKing SALT and CreamCheese on top of it, and it made me curious how it was made **I can claim here that I'm a Food Enthusiast, A food lover and all** OKAY. So this milk tea became a trend, after coffee shop's like starbucks, coffee bean, seattle's best etc. you name it! So milk tea shop had popped out everywhere too kahit don sa may palengke namen meron din, its just a counter type stall, no dine in, but you can sit while waiting for your order and I became friend with the owner, because I became their frequent customer. So there, part of loving milk tea, I am simply thrilled with their simple treats, like planner or any kind of freebies they have.

Here's my latest favorite. InfiniTea Milk tea, I saw that they have a lot of branches like in Cubao, West Ave, St. Francis square in ortigas, and in Banawe where I used to hang out because, I lurrve the cozy ambiance they have not to mention the fast and free WIFI I wasn't able to shoot some photo's but you can check it from their facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Infinitea-N-Roxas-Banawe-Branch/502876346425817 . I've tried most of what they have, like what I have in the picture: that was Taro and Vanilla Ice . Those that are not in the picture that I've tried was Strawberry Oreo Frappe,Dark Chocolate Raspberry Frappe, and Mango yogurt slush and its one of my favorite. I can only try their non milk-tea options because I'm pregnant. But I heard that their Golden Dragon Milk tea is one of their best sellers, and of course the most famous Wintermelon. Nothing special about the packaging, but aside from their variety of flavors available, the taste is still a bit different, that's why I like it so much.

What's hot in the store right now is what they called the Caramel Macchiato Collection, I know you heard the word Macchiato at starbucks first. But they have it in here too, in fact they got a Promo Card that you may get thrilled, because you can get this Throw Pillow that looks like their Logo after completing the 10 stamps. Sorry wasn't able to take the picture. I tried first their Salted Dark cocoa, the salted cream on top is just a salted cream lang talaga they don't have the rock salt and cheese because they have their own flavor and originality and they got a lot of flavors from the Menu from fruit juices, hot cups etc.

Inside the red screened pouch I have: Band aid, Rio mints colgate tootpaste, efficascent oil, Maybelline lipstick, gucci pink lipstick i bought from tiangge, meds, huge nail cutters, fine tech pen, mighty bond, key holder. 

Inside the Egg pouch I have: Carmex Lip Balm, Herbench lip & cheek tint, hygieniex, Nyx Matt Lipstick. 

By the way I want to share how this Nyx matte lipstick works for me. I first tried their Sau Paulo Nyx soft matte lip cream and even my friends likes it too, because it stays longer when I let them try mine. I bought it from digital traincase. Unfortunately It's already empty and I wasn't able to blog about it. I like matte lipsticks and this nyx product really makes me happy. So I had another one, Nyx Matte Lipstick Angel I bought it from the same store.

Grocery List

I'm doing now our menu for the week. Before, when I was still single or we are not living together yet, I'm not planning much about food for the week, but its totally different now. I am now with someone I should care, like what I've mention from my previous post, future housewives and being housewife are like another career. 

To help myself to think what food to prepare for the entire week, It is better to list down everything. Especially before going to the supermarket. It is also better to schedule the grocery day during his and your rest day's and have him help you out. His suggestion also matters so you know what he needs and likes. So he would also know or at least have an idea, what you both are spending for. It is a great bonding as well as young adult. 

Going back..
Everyday, I need to prepare for our Breakfast, Baon or Lunch, it depends on our work schedule for the day. As much as possible, I cook healthy food. When I say healthy, it shouldn't be a canned/processed/instant food despite the short time I have to prepare in the morning. So fruits and bread are always on the list. To help myself to go further for my Menu for the week. I always go visit http://www.yummy.ph/ and

Muffin by Gardenia

We use to have Gardenia bread its either wheat or the Plain one. I like its taste even without a spread or anything.. CHAR ! Syempre mas masarap parin yung may palaman kahit butter lang then i-toast mo or make it french toast then spoil it with maple syrup and butter. I found out this Gardenia Muffins from saab's blog. During my break time at work I was able to sneak at the supermarket to get something for our breakfast for the next morning, that's what I usually do, that's a good practice din for being a good housewife :) Yes! Kina-Career din un talaga. Anyway, And I found these Gardenia Muffins she's talking about that its surprisingly yummy daw! I bought Chocolate and Chocolate banana Flavor and it only cost P19/pack. This is good as pambaon or if you are in a morning rush. Number 1 rule for me is, I should not let my boyfie leave for work without having breakfast. If he's running late, I at least give him cupcake,a fruit like apple/orange or a bar of chocolate and then  I'm all Good. 

                                              

My first impression was, it looks like the kabayan bread which is known to our suking bakery or kung naalala mo yung movie ni Gerald Anderson and Kim Chui - Paano na Kaya, there's a scene there na si-nurprise nia si Gerald ng kabayan bread kase favorite ni Gerald yun sa movie. Basta yun na yung naalala ko, antagal na kc nun, there's this line in the movie na hindi ko makalimutan kc ni-record ko pa sa phone q. Anyhow, going back to the Muffins! I tried first chocolate muffin. And it's chocolatier just how I like. It is soft not dry, not that sweet and it has a chocolate filling inside that you would appreciate if you are into chocolates or any kind of sweets. And it's fresh because it is packed with so much air inside the packaging.

I really want you to feel what I'm saying here, so i took some photo's while I'm eating it.

Happy Shower with Olay

It's my favorite bath soap. It smells really good, relaxing and I feel gorgeous after a bath because of its glittery effect that stays on the skin for like 2 hours or more than that. I didn't able to notice it the first time and I just  thought I lie somewhere that has glitters and until I realized that it's from the Soap! I was able to use a couple of containers of this for like a year or so, and this is my last pair of containers I scored somewhere random convenience store, because the "Olay lady" I consulted at the Department store says, that Olay phase out the product, I don't know why and they don't know it too, maybe one of you are familiar with this, because they're selling this as Buy 1 Take 1 so its way cheaper from the other. There's this blog I visited a long time ago and I found it in the picture and I asked her where she got it, She said that it's a gift from a friend and she received a box of em' O_O and I was so jealous, I hope Olay will put this back in the market and also the Facial Wash Total Effects its worth expensive but its worth to buy.. 

So there's the story... Happy shower!

Nivea Soft Moisturising Cream

It says that it's for FACE l BODY l HANDS wherever-- It's the regular size and it cost around P160 in a very small container. It moisturizes my face and it leaves a glowing effect, I just don't like it in its first few minutes after application because its oily but then after that in a cold environment (in my working place) that's where the perfect effect coming out, its glowing and shining which more liked it. So there! But maybe on summer days Imma ditch it with some other brands, I won't be using it during sunny days because it's too mild and creamy.. I'm using OLAY all day moisturizer for daylight. I'm using it during the night and before to go to sleep. 

So here what I have left in the container after a couple of weeks using it, I think I can still use this for the next 3 months... and that's what you call SAVINGS!

My September

I'm a blogspot newbie, I realized that there's nothing to shy about the things I wan to share, So This is my first ever entry

As I mentioned in Facebook account last week , I need to change some of the products I am using so my  baby in my tummy will be safe. There are some ingredients from other products that would harm my baby so I kept them and might use them after the pregnancy stage. So for now. These are the products I chose. 

Last week, we went to Landmark Trinoma where I used to buy my toiletries and groceries, and most of the brands I'm using for hygiene concerns is cheaper and its always on the shelf, plus the sales ladies roaming around is always willing to help, for your skin concerns and etc.

In the picture: Nivea Soft Moisturizer, Ponds Detox Lotion, NEW Johnsons baby cooling lotion, FreeMan barefoot shea butter Heel & Callus Balm peppermint & plum, Green Cross Alcohol

 

Nivea Soft : I'm using this every night before sleeping. Although, this is not suitable for my skin type. I just learned that, for Oily skin, it is better to use water based formula. This one is not water based I just like the moisture and soft cheeks I have every morning and I suggest everyone to use this during winter or cold weather to avoid dry skin.

Ponds Detox Lotion: Ponds are now having variety products that may suit on your skin type. I picked this one because its water based. I've been using this for a week and I like how it works on my face. I am applying this as a day moisturizer, and I am now seeing the result where it gives me a brighter face, unlike before. 

Johnson's Baby cooling gel lotion: I was using Johnson's baby Lotion but I replaced it with this, its mild and it doesn't have the sticky feeling after application. We have this crazy weather here, thunderstorms and sometimes it is really hot where it will burn your skin. As far as I know I'm not allowed to use sunblock because I am pregnant, but I think this lotion is fine, It really has its COOLING EFFECT and at the same time it moisturizes my skin and most of all I smell like a baby :)

Johnson's baby milk bath: Like I said I want to smell like a baby, I've been using this ever since, it is my primary body soap. I was using Olay before, and I have a short blog about it. I will soon post it in here as well.  

TRESemmee' Shampoo and Conditioner: Those were the trial pack it cost P89 , I heard this from my officemate that it is nice to use. And I agree, you would feel the difference right after use and my boyfie also agreed that it works well since we are both using it, It removes the clay in his hair.  So after finishing this little containers, I already bought the bigger size which cost around P240 for 440 ml and hoping the frizzy-ness of my hair will be cured. I have this wavy hair by the way. It says that it has Vitamin H and Silk Proteins, if you're familiar with that. Next time I'll go try the one that it has Keratin. I tried to use Sunsilk for hair therapy and it has keratin that calms down my hair. So I think that will work on my hair too.

Ponds no blackheads:  I've been using this for a week, I like how it works with the Ponds Detox moisturizer I'm using. I'm washing my face every night before sleep and during bath in the morning. It gives my face a glowing effect and so far its preventing the blackheads. It has beads/scrub and brownish color because it says from the tube that it has "volcanic clay". 

 

Lucky Blue Ice Gel:  This was given by my mom and this is best for Pain Muscles, and it smells like vicks. Before or months ago, after having an intense workout like boxing or "core exercises" as how my trainer call it. I always have this body pain (of course) . This really works as a temporary pain reliever. 

Free Man Bare Foot:  I love foot massage, and Peppermint is my favorite scent, everytime I visit a Nail Spa this is always been my pick from their options. During the pregnancy my feet get easily tired in a short hour of standing like cooking, short window shopping. Do not expect much from this, it is just a lotion that would soften the heels temporarily, I'm using this every night for bed.  And this is cheaper compared to the other brands it costs P179.98? something like that.
